This past summer, I spent some time working in the fashion world and I was so inspired to return to my blog. During my time in NY, I worked a lot with bloggers and editors. I did a lot of thinking about my own blog, what I wanted to add to it, what I wanted to change, and what I wanted to keep.  I quickly found out that having your own blog is a great way for potential new jobs to see your writing style, your responsibility, your creativity and your passion. So without further ado, I introduce you to a new series I wanted to start called Kieran’s Kloset Challenge.

What do all of these fruits mean anyway??

There have been so many times in my life that I have seen something hanging on a rack at my favorite stores, but when I try it on, it is hideous. It was either the wrong color for my complexion or it didn't hit me in the right places. With all of my previous failures, I have found that I have to shop for my body type. I am going to look like a bombshell in something that shows off my best attributes instead of something that simply looks like a bombshell on the shelf. With that being said, SHOP FOR YOUR SHAPE. But what if I don't know my body type, Kieran??  Don't worry! I am about to share some insight on the different fruits we like to associate with our body. 

Kieran's NYE Kloset

Whether your at a private event at Vast, gettin' down at Candy's or chilling with your friends at Speakeasy, your NYE outfit is going to be one of many different things that help you welcome 2014, besides your friends of course. NYE outfits are the outfits everyone goes out to buy. Thousands of girls are taking over malls and shopping centers to try and find the perfect dress to set the pace for their 2014 clothing life (dramatic I know).

Luckily you have me. I am going to share my two cents. Now, I am a strong fan of sequins, but it has to be the right sequins. You do not want to be the girl that ruins everyone's clothes every time you bump into them (I was once that girl...yikes). Therefore, I have posted five dresses that are killer and sure to catch peoples eyes. Kampus Spotlight: The Real JR

It has been awhile since I have found someone that I have wanted to feature as my Kampus Spotlight, but the wait is over. This week I want to introduce you to one of my very favorite friends. This kat has been with me since my freshman year of college. Couldn't tell you where I met him, but I can tell you that I remember him being in a dance class I was in. Let's just say he can do a lot more than the salsa. Juanito Renteria everyone!
